Gaming company CT expands its presence in Bulgaria through Palms Bet partnership.

As of early August 2025, 56 machines have been successfully rolled out, with more expected soon. Key cities such as Sofia, Burgas, and Veliko Tarnovo are among the locations to benefit from this expansion.
